1. Scope of Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Rider”) and Mana Savari Transtech (“Company”).

1.2. By accessing, downloading, or using the Mana Savari App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1.3. The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Platform Overview

2.1. Mana Savari operates as a technology platform connecting Riders with independent Drivers. The Company does not provide transportation services.

2.2. Drivers are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of the Company.

2.3. The ride contract is solely between the Rider and the Driver. Mana Savari is not responsible for any disputes arising from the service.

3. Account Registration & Usage

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the App.

3.2. You must provide accurate information during registration and update details as needed. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

3.3. You are responsible for all activity under your account and should not share login access.

4. Booking, Cancellations & Service Denial

4.1. A ride booking is confirmed only when a Driver accepts your ride request.

• Rider Cancellation: Cancellations may incur fees depending on timing and circumstances.
• Driver Cancellation: Drivers may cancel bookings. The Company is not liable for any loss due to cancellations.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your ride, a no-show fee may apply.

5. Payments, Fares & Fees

5.1. Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand (dynamic pricing).

5.2. Payments (cash or UPI) are made directly to the Driver. UPI payments must be completed before exiting the vehicle.

5.3. Riders may be charged additional fees for any damage or cleaning required due to negligence or misconduct.

6. Conduct & Liability

6.1. Riders must follow all laws and behave respectfully with Drivers. Misconduct may result in account suspension.

6.2. Mana Savari is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages during rides. Claims must be made directly against the Driver or their insurer.

6.3. Any emergency or dispute should be reported to authorities and the Company at ManaSavari9@gmail.com.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mana Savari harmless for losses arising from misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1. The App and services are provided “AS IS,” without any warranties (express or implied).

8.2. Mana Savari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India.

9.2. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration in Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

10.2. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
